Olivine Terms of Service (effective January 10, 2020)

Olivine, Inc. (“Olivine,” “we,” or “us”) provides energy-related services, including via a mobile app (the “Olivine services”), under the following terms:

1. General

By signing up for or using an account for the Olivine services, you are agreeing to be bound by Olivine’s current terms of service (located at app.olivineinc.com/terms), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease use of your Olivine account and/or ask us to delete your account.

2. Use License

The materials contained in this website and the Olivine app are protected by applicable intellectual property law, including copyright and trademark. Permission is granted to temporarily download a copy of the materials (information or software) constituting the Olivine services for personal or internal business use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

For instance, the materials appearing on Olivine's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Olivine may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice, but does not make any commitment to update such materials.

BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Olivine has not reviewed all of the sites linked from its website or app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Olivine of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

6. Modifications to these Terms

Olivine may revise these terms of service for its website at any time, at its discretion, without notice.
