Fresno Energy Program
an Olivine Community Program
Residential Participants

The Olivine Community offers several program options throughout California. These Terms and Conditions are for the Fresno Energy Program option offered in partnership with
Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). By enrolling in the Fresno Energy Program a participant will also be a member of the Olivine Community and may enroll in additional options as available.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for different options within the Olivine Community.
Fresno Energy Program participants are subject to the following terms and conditions:

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY: A customer account is eligible to enroll in the Fresno Energy program option if it meets the following criteria:

The account is an active PG&E residential customer account in the following zip codes: 93701, 93702, 93703, 93704, 93706, 93721, 93725 and 93728 and enrolled in a PG&E
residential rate schedule.

The account is not in other PG&E demand response (DR) programs such as Smart A/C or in other third-party demand response programs. Accounts enrolled in any of these programs
must disenroll prior to enrolling in the Fresno Energy Program. Customers receiving Medical Baseline Allowance are not eligible to participate.

Enrollment and incentives are limited to one per household.

Participants do not need a thermostat or other technology to participate but must have the ability to control the device during the scheduled Energy Event period. Participation in any specific Energy Event is voluntary and is not required.

Direct load control may be provided to participants who are using identified technology/vendor/management services.
If your device will be controlled directly, additional terms may apply.

The service account must be serviced by a PG&E-approved Smart Meter that monitors energy usage at 15-minute intervals.

ENROLLMENT: All residential participants in the Fresno Energy Program must enroll in the program using the Olivine Community mobile or web application. Customers must agree to and
abide by all terms, conditions, and restrictions of the program. More information, including the FAQs, is available on the Olivine website at: https://fresnoenergyprogram.com. By
enrolling in the Program, the Customer warrants that it has all necessary authorization to enroll and has provided any necessary notice to property owners or managers. Enrollment will
be confirmed once it is validated that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

PARTICIPATION: Participation in any survey or event is entirely voluntary, but the level of participation will impact the amount of incentives earned. The participant may choose to accept
or decline to participate in any specific Energy Event request via the app. Your level of participation will be tracked through the app. Confirmed enrolled customers are eligible
to earn incentives the following ways:

Bonus Enrollment ($50)

Home Energy Survey ($30)

Energy Saving Events (up to $100)
-
Customer Experience Survey ($30)
-
Bonus Referrals ($40)
Note that Bonus Referrals are paid for up to 10 successful confirmed enrollments per participant household and will be paid only to customers enrolled in the program or identified enrollment partners.

INCENTIVE PAYMENTS: You will receive your payment as an electric gift (e-gift) card or VISA electronic card (e-card) that is disbursed via Tango Card, a third-party vendor of electronic rewards sent
to the email address associated with your account. The e-gift card will be sent as a Tango Card Reward Link. See program FAQs for timing of payments.

EVENTS: Events are scheduled to begin in July 2020. Olivine will issue Energy Event notifications to Fresno Energy Program participants requesting them to reduce their energy usage.
Events are from 1 to 2 hours in duration and can occur at any time during the availability window of 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. on the scheduled event day. These event notifications will be provided by
app notification, email, or text to the designated contact no later than 5PM on the calendar day preceding an Energy Event.

EVENT RESPONSE: Once an Energy Event has been scheduled, the participant may decline to participate up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and has the flexibility as to
what action to choose to take to reduce energy consumption.

PARTICIPATION: Participation in any survey or event is voluntary. Program Participants may decline to participate without financial penalty. However, customers who do not accept or decline
an event notification may not get paid for that particular event. Customers will be paid for survey participation after submitting completed survey responses to Olivine. Rewards for Energy
Event participation are currently calculated at approximately $5/event (subject to change) where participant responds to an Energy Saving Event notifications. There is a maximum of
$100 in rewards associated with Energy Event participation.

EVENT INFORMATION: Event information:

All events will occur in the event window of 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. on weekdays during July-September 2020; and 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on weekends during October 2020 – March 2021, excluding holidays.

Events are a minimum of 1 hour and maximum of 2 hours.

Maximum of 4 events per month

The customer will be notified of any changes in event information

EVENT TRIGGERS: Events will be triggered at the discretion of the program administrator for one or more of the following reasons:

Wholesale energy prices
-
Grid emergencies
-
Extreme weather
-
Poor local air quality
-
Testing
Program performance will be calculated based on the difference of measured participant load at the whole premise utility meter during the event period, subtracted from the energy
baseline during the corresponding event period. This calculation will be performed for all events called under this program technology option.

INSTALLATION COSTS: If the participant is installing a smart thermostat to participate in the program, participant is solely responsible for any costs or expenses of installing the smart
thermostat. Neither Olivine nor PG&E will pay for installation costs or for any upgrades to the participant’s electrical system required for installation of the smart thermostat. The participant
is responsible for hiring a qualified professional to estimate the cost of installation, obtain any necessary permits or access rights, install the equipment, obtain any federal, state, or local
incentives, and any other action needed to properly install the equipment.

RIGHT TO WITHOLD INCENTIVES: Olivine reserves the right to withhold participation incentives for any participants determined to be violating the terms, conditions, requirements, or restrictions
of the program.

PARTICIPATION COSTS: The program is free to participate.

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL: Participants may withdraw from the program at any time without financial penalty by emailing ask@fresnoenergyprogram.com.
